Limited warranty

One-year limited warranty

Unless a product page states otherwise, UYXOERA products include a one-year limited warranty beginning on the confirmed delivery date. The warranty applies to manufacturing defects and failures occurring during normal use in accordance with the supplied instructions.

What is covered

After reviewing the product, order information and supporting evidence, we may provide troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair, replacement or another remedy appropriate to the issue and applicable consumer law.

What is not covered

The limited warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, liquid or impact damage, unauthorised modification or repair, incompatible power supplies, normal wear, cosmetic damage that does not affect operation, or loss of data and third-party software.

How to request warranty service

Use the Contact page → and include your order number, a clear description of the problem, and photos or video where helpful. Do not return a product before receiving return instructions and the correct service address.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is additional to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Coverage, remedies and required documentation may vary by destination and product.
